Settling In on Hugo Framework
The Endless Loop it’s funny that i tried so many times trying to build my own blogging page. and not once making it really work. until this (hopefully). I was always in this endless loop to: trying out a new blogging framework, Hugo, Jekyll, …, you name it. spent days to “hack” the theme, and all those configs. write the very first blog. leave it for days. thought there is something better & arhhh I hate writing. then rm -rf whatever-the-name. (back to 1.) yes, there is platform like Medium would definitely make things so much easier. and i did tried that too! -> me on Medium. but there is so many features that Medium is lacking, like it’s always not a pleasant to write with the Medium editor, and in many way it’s felt way less personal. but the domain traffic and SEO must be better than your self-host webpage. and can set up a pay wall then earn money quickly (if your content is that excellent). ...
